AI Features

senSEi includes several AI-powered features that work with your meeting transcripts and deal data to save you time and surface insights.

Meeting analysis

On any meeting node, click Analyse to extract structure from a transcript. The AI extracts:

  • A concise summary
  • Problem statements
  • Action items (each with a title and optional description)
  • Next steps
  • Key quotes (verbatim moments revealing pain, intent, commitment, or objection)

If an opportunity is linked, it also extracts Command of the Message fields (Identified Pain, Compelling Event, PBO, Metrics, Required Capabilities, Decision Criteria, Decision Process, Champion, Why Us) and writes them back to the opportunity — prepending each new extraction as a timestamped block so historical data is preserved.

Meeting prep

Before an upcoming call, click Generate Prep on a meeting node. The AI synthesises:

  • 5–7 prep bullets covering deal context, questions to ask, and potential objections
  • A personalised icebreaker based on the account's industry
  • Industry insights relevant to the conversation

Follow-up emails

After a meeting is analysed, click Generate Follow-up to draft:

  • An internal Slack message summarising the call for your team
  • A professional client follow-up email — specific to the meeting, not a generic template

The Follow-up Agent (see Agent Inbox) also does this automatically after each meeting and enriches the draft with recent account news from the web.

On-demand Research

Click the ✦ Research button in the hero section of any account or opportunity to instantly generate sales intelligence. The agent produces 3–5 bullet points covering the company's business model, strategic initiatives, competitive landscape, and buying signals. If TAVILY_API_KEY is configured, results are grounded in live web search; otherwise the AI draws on its training knowledge. Insights appear immediately in the Agent Inbox.

Next Actions (opportunity)

Click ✦ Next Actions in the opportunity hero to get AI-recommended next steps for the deal. The agent considers the current stage, ARR, close date, last meeting, and which COM fields are empty, then suggests up to 3 Kanban card actions and flags up to 2 empty COM fields for you to fill — all as reviewable suggestions in the inbox.

AI chat assistant

Press ⌘J / Ctrl+J to open the AI chat panel. Ask questions about your accounts, deals, or meetings — the assistant has context from your workspace.

Health score

Every opportunity has an AI-computed health score (0–100) factoring in:

  • Recency — Days since the last meeting (30 pts)
  • COM completeness — % of Command of the Message fields filled (25 pts)
  • Close date risk — Proximity to close date (25 pts)
  • Activity velocity — Number of meetings in the last 30 days (20 pts)

Scores below 40 are flagged as red; 40–70 are yellow; 70+ are green. The Deal Monitor agent watches these scores and creates health alerts when a deal drops into the red.
