Boards & Kanban
The Board view gives you a flexible Kanban board for tracking tasks, action items, and anything else your team needs to get done.
Creating a board
You can have multiple boards in your workspace. Use the board selector in the top of the Board page to switch between boards or create a new one.
Columns
Each board has three columns by default:
- Todo — Work that hasn't started yet.
- In Progress — Work that is actively being done.
- Done — Completed work.
Cards
Click + Add card at the bottom of any column to create a new card. Each card can have:
- A title and description
- A priority level (low, medium, high, urgent)
- An assignee
- A due date
- Labels/tags
Drag and drop
Drag any card to a different column to update its status. You can also reorder cards within the same column by dragging.
Filtering
Use the filter controls at the top of the board to filter by assignee, priority, or label.
